Presidential Decree Amends Syria's Customs Tariff, Effective Immediately

President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. 188 of 2026, amending items of Syria's harmonized customs tariff and changing their descriptions, codes, duty rates and applicable conditions. The measure takes effect from its issuance on 12 October 2026.
